Every user completes an identity verification process (KYC), and background checks are performed within the app. In addition, Clients can assess each Freelancer’s trustworthiness through their Zalow 360° Trust Score, a dynamic rating based on transparency, integrity, proven capabilities, and the trust they’ve earned within their professional network.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe’s escrow system. Funds are released to Freelancers after Clients approve milestones or project completion. Payment methods that are supported include credit cards and ACH transfers.

Zalow charges a transparent service fee based on the total cost of each project or engagement. This fee covers platform access, expert vetting, trust score monitoring, payment processing, milestone protection, and customer support. There are no upfront costs to post a project or review Freelancer proposals. You only pay when work begins.
